Placeholder policy aligned with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). This is a coherent draft, not final legal text — review with a lawyer before launch.
To provide our service we collect: your phone number (for login and booking confirmations); your service address (so a Provider can reach you); and your booking history (services, dates, amounts and status). We also collect basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working.
We use your data to create and manage bookings, match you with a suitable same-gender Provider, process payments, send booking-related notifications, provide support, and improve the service. We process personal data for these specified, lawful purposes and only for as long as needed.
We share only what a Provider needs to deliver your session (such as your name, address and booking details) and with payment and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal data.
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act you may access, correct and erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below or via our Contact page.
We apply reasonable security safeguards to protect your data and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. On erasure requests we delete or anonymise data that we are not legally required to keep.
